Staff must verify the received funds before fulfillment. Save your order number and use order tracking for updates. If a transfer amount or routing number is incorrect, contact staff before sending more funds.

All products remain available to order. Sizing, fit, chain length and engraving are requests subject to staff confirmation. Discuss special requirements with staff before wiring payment; the website does not add customization fees or guarantee a modification.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel an order before the item is delivered for a 100% refund. Contact staff with your order number to request cancellation.

Items that have already been purchased and delivered are non-refundable.
