Payment & pickup

Finalize your order, then wire the total in-game to business routing 030166412. Upload an original, unedited game screenshot showing the completed wire transfer, recipient routing and amount.

Staff must verify the received funds before fulfillment. Save your order number and use order tracking for updates. If a transfer amount or routing number is incorrect, contact staff before sending more funds.

All products remain available to order. Sizing, fit, chain length and engraving are requests subject to staff confirmation. Discuss special requirements with staff before wiring payment; engraving costs $2,500 per item and is included in checkout. Modifications require staff approval. Cancellation & refunds

Except for custom items described below, you may cancel an order before the item is delivered for a 100% refund. Contact staff with your order number to request cancellation.

All delivered items are final sale and non-refundable.

Custom items are final sale and non-refundable once payment has been processed and the item has been ordered for you, even if it has not yet been delivered. The pre-delivery cancellation refund does not apply after this point.
